Ed according to an agent on Twitter a fee had been agreed for Brady. Any truth in this? Also any more news about Gestede?( I saw that, not too many followers, would not be surprised but not for 2M quoted in press this morning, as for Gestede it would not be the first time another player named to push another deal though. (Mbokani on loan).

Interesting that Tom Ince sells for 4.75m to Derby a Championship club yet we expect Hull to part with Brady to the Prem for less money. If we are buying players we need to get on and do it so that they are integrated in pre season. We need at least another 3 and seem to be well behind Bournemouth and Watford in this area. We do have prem players but let's not forget that they were not good enough last time out.

Ed are the Yedlin and Mulumbu deals set to be completed? Also any other rumours you've heard? And Do you think Yedlin and Mulumbu are good signings?
Very good signings, no news on anyone else apart from Alex Neil saying he was going to see the U-21 tournament.

Yes to Mulumbu, unless there is a very late twist.
Yedlin there is an agreement in principle with Spurs, but nothing concrete as yet.

On Yedlin we may be looking at a loan with the option to buy if this is the case there will be more to sort out. Some reports suggest that we wanted to buy Naughton after his loan spell only to find that Spurs wanted more than we were willing to pay. At a guess we will be after an agreed price should we want him permanently and with Whittaker 31 years old and Martin now operating in a settled cb partnership we do need a permanent appointment at right back.

Ed is there anything to the Lowton or Brady rumours. Also would you think that Van Dijk would be a good signing?
