I have it on good authority from within the club that RVW, Fer and Bassong have not been allocated a squad number. Number 5 going to Russ Martin.
1.) 2 to Whittaker and 3 to Olsson? Or will Martin be CB and we get a new RB.
2.) Thanks for letting us now this neil only one new player so far then are you on a go slow or something lo.

4.) This is rubbish as martin number will be 3 as on the new kit teaser it says martin 3 stop chatting crap
5.) Think the number in the video is number 2, top of two and three look pretty similar. -
6.) Total Bulls**t. As someone who actually works at Carrow Road and no not in the maintenance department, I can tell you that squad numbers are not even close to being finalised. It's totally depends on whose staying, going or signing and I can assure you there's still an awful lot of work to be done behind the scenes before we even get close to thinking about squad numbers.
7.) Norwich squad numbers won't be allocated until probably the second week of next month. So the guy who posted this original message is just blowing smoke.
8.) Considering they haven't even done the new kit yet, numbers won't have even been thought about until all signings are complete
9.) I think we need to get a really good right back from somewhere. Whittaker is good going forward, but has been exposed too many times for pace. Martin and Bennett/Turner at centre back and Olsson on the left. However in the Championship, we're going to be one of the big boys. You may find teams only employing one up front against us, which would maybe give us the opportunity to play 3 at the back.
10.) I think this guy has seen the "sneak prview" of the new kit, which shows Martin's name on the No 5 Shirt.
11.) All, to clarify, this is a RUMOUR SITE, its where you post RUMOURS. A Rumour is defind as "a currently circulating story or report of uncertain or doubtful truth. " Yes, this did come from within the club, whether its true or not remains to be seen. If you don't want to read "RUMOUR", then don't visit a RUMOUR site.
12.) So, I said Martin would be given the Number 5, and guess what, he did. Thanks to the chap who stated categorically that it was BS.
Surman to Bournemouth may well happen, contract ends at the end of the season and despite being offered new deal, has not signed. Also not been involved since entering discussions over new deal, I think that says it all.
He is an experienced player at this level and had plenty of Premier league experience too so I don't think this would be a terrible signing.
The sale of Remy has fallen through so HR has even less money to play with now. Not going to happen.
They can't afford him, they have massive debts and can't see them being able to pay the sort of fee Norwich will command. Fer is a dutch international, we (NCFC) want to keep him and don't need to sell, so its gona cost them big money.
Hull have made a bid (rejected) but the player has said he wants to move to Hull so I expect a deal will be thrashed out. Has a lot of promise though so would be happy to have another U21 defender in the squad.
