Norwich have made a bid on Matty Phillips and also 10m + RVW for Bas Dost which has been accepted he said he wants to make a mark in the premier league.

Really can't see this happening as Wolfsburg are in Champions League, they finished 2nd in Bundesliga and he is up front with Bendtner. If we did pull this off then it would be massive and a big step in moving forward.
